LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!

Login into the Virgin Voyages app and be sure to complete your health declaration PRIOR to heading to the terminal.  This will become available 24 hours before we set sail.

Double Check your boarding time and plan accordingly. Arriving before your boarding time will leave you waiting outside in the Miami heat. Fortunately we are the only ship in Miami  so the area won't be hectic, but let your ride share driver know to go to Terminal V - Virgin Voyages. Just in case the address is 718 N Cruise Blvd, Miami FL 33132.

Until you get on the ship, keep your Virgin Voyages app open and your passport in hand. Porters will greet you when you arrive to take your large luggage which will be delivered to your cabin. While tips on the ship are included, remember to tip the porters handling your bags! Make sure to have a separate carry on bag with anything you need for the day. Wine/champagne you bring on board should be in your carry on!

You'll move through several stations inside the terminal including a security checkpoint much like an airport and you'll receive your "Band" which acts as your wallet and cabin key throughout the trip.

As soon as you get on board connect to the ships Wi-Fi.  Actually, go to the bar and grab a drink, you're on vacation! Then connect to the Wi-Fi and take a moment to finalize any dining, show, excursions, or spa reservations. Remember to turn your phone on Airplane Mode prior to the ship leaving the dock each day to avoid excessive fees from your cell phone carrier. 

This is a requirement for all sailors. The ship legally cannot leave until all passengers complete this step. They will call you out by name on the PA system if you fail to do this! The video can be watched on your phone in the app or on your cabin TV. It will also instruct you where to go to find your muster station so you can check in.
